Warrior’s coach Guy Gannaway of GSA Contracting, Inc. and City of Safety Harbor’s Tim Satinger put on 4-day girls fast-pitch softball camp!
Day 1 – Throwing and arm mechanics
Day 2 – Ground balls and fly balls
Day 3 – Hitting
Day 4 – Sliding, stealing and run down drills, followed by a full, live game finale
Each player was awarded a Certificate of Completion signed by Tim Satinger and Guy Gannaway.
This job was permitted in January and is coming along beautifully!
“We are very excited to get this Project started” stated Guy Gannaway of GSA Contracting, Inc. “This will be a ‘State of the Art’ Adult Living Facilty. Our Site Plan approvals and Building Permits are just a few weeks away. We look forward to breaking ground”.
Building Permits and Site Plan aproval are currently submitted with the Pinellas County Development Review Department and the Final Zoning and Land Use approvals should be appoved next week at the meeting of the Pinellas County Commission meeting. The Osprey will be a 50,000 SF facility on a six acre site.
The Safety Harbor Museum is nearing completion. “We anticipate completion before the end of October”, states Guy Gannaway of GSA Contracting, Inc. The Project will be delivered early according to the original construction schedule. “We are very proud of this Project. The City of Safety Harbor has been a pleasure to work with”.
GSA is proud to anounce that permit approvals are almost complete for one of our new projects. We will be starting Phase 1 (96 units) of a 141 unit Premier ALF called The Osprey Adult Living Facility in September!
