The “Osrpey Assisted Living Facilty” was unanomously approved on October 16, 2013 by the Pinellas County Commission for the Land Use and Zoning Changes along with a Special Exception for Parking to make way for the development of the 141 Unit Assisted Living Facilty. “This will be a High End Premier Assitied Living facilty” stated Guy Gannaway of GSA Contracting, Inc. “We are very proud of what we are planning. Site Plans and Building Permits are within 30 days of Approvals. We are extreemly excited to get this project started”. The 50,000 SF Assited Living Facilty is exptected to be complete in the Summer of 2013.

GSA Contracting is Mobilizing at the Osprey Adult Living Facility Project!
“We are very excited to get this Project started” stated Guy Gannaway of GSA Contracting, Inc. “This will be a ‘State of the Art’ Adult Living Facilty. Our Site Plan approvals and Building Permits are just a few weeks away. We look forward to breaking ground”.
Building Permits and Site Plan aproval are currently submitted with the Pinellas County Development Review Department and the Final Zoning and Land Use approvals should be appoved next week at the meeting of the Pinellas County Commission meeting. The Osprey will be a 50,000 SF facility on a six acre site.
Safety Harbor Museum Nearing Completion
The Safety Harbor Museum is nearing completion. “We anticipate completion before the end of October”, states Guy Gannaway of GSA Contracting, Inc. The Project will be delivered early according to the original construction schedule. “We are very proud of this Project. The City of Safety Harbor has been a pleasure to work with”.
Osprey ALF unanimously approved by the Pinellas County Planning Board
By unanimous vote of the Pinellas County Planing and Zoning Board, the “Osprey Adult Living Residence” was approved for the Zoning and Land Use Changes required allowing for the Project to go for Final Approval of the Pinellas County Board of Commissioners next month.
“We at GSA Contracting are very excited with the approval. We hope to break ground in the next 30 days”. said Guy Gannaway of GSA. “This will be one of our premier projects. Site plan approval is winding down and Building Permits should be submitted this week”.
Mt Vernon Industrial Project Complete!
GSA Contracting, Inc. received all final inspections and are fully complete with a new Structural Steel Lotion Rack for Mt Vernon Industrial in Oldsmar FL. The new rack will hold up to ten 600 and 750 Gallon Strorage tanks of tanning lotion. Mt Vernon Industrial is one of the largest producers of tanning lotions in the United States. GSA Contracting is involved with multiple projects with Mt Vernon Industrial as they are expanding.
