We now have the contract to build the Barefoot Beach Hotel, a $7.1M, seven-story structure on Madeira Beach! There will also be extensive exterior renovations to the four-story hotel next door, including: new travertine pool decking, with composite decking, pergolas renovations, a new spa, a new wade-in pool with water features, a fountain, and all new landscape and irrigation!
